I genuinely hope that once this guy left the NYPD station after they initially declined to press charges he decided to take himself and his family down to Mexico for a few weeks' vacation "until things cool off a bit"

Anyone who deals with a "Jogger/Scholar/Youth/Michael Jackson Impersonator/Future Astronaut" in the US should do the same. Or be prepared to give it the ol' Waco try.
