Also there's a hilarious (real) irony here, that the veiled insult is 'quiet, you used to dress like a fag too'. There's no other reason to say it. Yet it wouldn't be an insult at all if the Offspring guy didn't also know that it's an embarrassing and repulsive thing to be associated with.
