There are parallels between this insane desire to become handicapped and critical race theory. We went from understanding and supporting disabilities to outright celebrating them, and the same thing happened with black ghetto culture in America. Instead of being an unfortunate reality for everyone to overcome, black ghetto culture became an unassailable and valid worldview that cannot be curtailed - not even by our laws or police. At some point, leftism always devolves into pure subversion and inversion of every evolved norm. It’s a war on reality, and reality inevitably punches back. The only questions are how long does the leftist insanity last and how many people does it kill.
