I haven't spent $60 on a game since I think Call of Duty Ghosts in 2013. Not only did that game suck, but I started to realize in many cases you could wait a month and get $20 off. Especially easy with single player games, who cares if you wait a month even if you are looking forward to it. So far I think Ghost of Tsushima is the only game I feel like I missed out on, I was waiting for $30 and since they did that director's cut BS I ended up getting rid of my PlayStation before it got cheap enough.
My thought was always if they make a game worth the price and not drop it quick or often enough, I'll pay more. So far that hasn't happened. Even Nintendo occasionally drops their prices.
