Probably. Arabs in North Africa reproduce more than whites in America. However. Look at a population graph of the world by region. SubSah Africans are supposed to replace everyone. Someone is sending them food. That's what enabled this population boom. "Technology" my ass. If you didn't send 'em things they'd be in the stone age.
