Who said anything about not effecting boys? If anything, it clearly effects boys worse than girls by the data.
I don't tolerate the concept of woman's issues, everyone's got issues. Everything else is balkanization.
Women are weaker-willed, on average, as a generalization of population. It tends to be a neuro-chemical issue based on their hormones, and evolutionary biology of being the the child-bearers.
Porn is actually bad for you in a whole ton of specific ways, and mostly in relation to how it alters your psychology with prolonged exposure. This has larger results on society if large-scale consumption of porn is taking place regularly in society. I'd recommend Aydn Paladin's review of the psychological literature:
