He is a twinky gay man who lives for the flamboyancy of that lifestyle. There is nothing new or special about him, only that the flagrant degeneracy seen at Pride Parades from gays has become passe. So he one upped it to get more attention.

Its literally just homo attention seeking, the same as always.
