America First Legal needs to go after the banks incentivizing it.

Toronto Dominion, Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentinaria, NatWest Group, Bank of America, Mitsubishi UFG Financial, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Barclays Bank.

There's probably more, but those are the banks I know of that are incentivizing hiring less males with lower interest rates.

I already have “inclusion competency” around gender. If the woman shows she is capable of going the job, I don’t hinder her on account of some claim that women can’t or shouldn’t do this job. That was easy!
