Major police stations are absolutely strictly controlled and likely broken by the constant empathy training courses. Most stations are not that, its filled with a handful of random dudes who are much more likely to be screaming "dumb nigger deserved it" over this than agreeing with the verdict because they are too small to matter to the elites.
