I mean, the only time I care about prisoners (so long as it isn't a result if political pressure or cohesion) is non violent and violent.

If it's con artists, not paying you taxes and other such 'white collar' crime then they should be in a seperate prison to the violent bastards. If society goes 'fuck it, just put them all in the same prison' then that should be the only separation, if you're a female pedophile then know you're going into a prison with violent male criminals.
