Doubtful, tbh. I think we're more likely to see a simple weaning of power, leading to destabilization of the elite's control on society then a Balkanization of large federal governments into more decentralized systems. No one will be shouting the answer in the streets because in time, the answer will simply change anyway. No one at the top stays there forever. The history books will write the answer as whomever the current winners want it to be and the truth will be forgotten.
