If you have a good enough PC: emulate it. I haven't played a current switch game on the switch in ages. On PC it's fine, some I can even play on the Steam Deck.
That's 100% enough, Ryujinx or Yuzu are the ones you wanna check out. Here for example is a great guide on how it works with Yuzu. When it comes to Firmware and Product keys(or decryption keys) you can find those all over the internet. If you wanna dump games, firmware and your prod keys yourself Yuzu's got a guide if you have a hacked switch.
It's pretty simple nowadays, equivalent to Yuzu's Ryujinx, yet another emulator for the switch. Sometimes Yuzu is better, sometimes Ryujinx. Usually you can play game day 1 on an emulator now for the switch at least. Dunno about the new zelda though, there's been talks about DRM but I doubt it's something that is gonna be impossible.

Any good guides on emulating? I have a 3090, I assume that can handle it.

I did it on a 1060. Just use Cemu.
