why not? If you can pay it's your body. But its purely cosmetic, no insurance should have to pay for it and especially no taxpayer insurance should have to pay for it.
EDIT: now, if you are so autistic or otherwise mentally compromised that you don't have legal autonomy over your own body, then of course the person/entity who has legal guardianship over your body gets the final say.
