I honestly gave up arguing with the “Egyptians were black” types because they have dubious sources for all their claims. I think Egypt was under sub Saharan Africa control for a bit if I remember but that’s it.
Egypt was invaded by the Kushites (Nubians) who were sub saharan, they ruled for about 100 years before being defeated by the Assyrians. So one black dynasty of about of 33 to rule over Egypt....
The Kush civilization is really intriguing, and also just very mysterious (https://daily.jstor.org/the-lost-kingdom-of-kush/). They could easily make a show or whatever about them and just make shit up without changing history because we just don't know the history and there's not much research into it ironically (beyond the era of their domination over Egypt).

Thanks for the link. I wouldn’t trust any modern day studio to make such a show or documentary but like you said it could be very interesting
