Wrong. If the tag is blue, it's valid. The period beforehand is so the ADL's tweet is classed as its own tweet, and not a reply. It's letting them put their smear out there more publicly, as it will show up on their main profile. They're not scared of Epic knowing, they're trying to get their attention.
