The thing I disliked the most, actually, was an animation choice of cutting frames during action scenes. I noticed it a lot in the 'Into the Spiderverse' movie, and suspect it's a current-industry fad to try to save on processing power or something. As an avid gamer for many years, I can only associate dropped frames with bad hardware performance, so it stuck out to me a lot.
This is the one thing preventing me from seeking this movie out. I've heard it's really good, the clips I've seen are really good, but the corner-cutting would annoy the hell out of me.
