Found this article pretty funny, this journalism must be pretty dense or selectively ignorant on YouTube's rabbit hole algorithm.
They play shocked when after an hour of going through random videos they get one about Andrew Tate.
Also I'm pretty sure you select what videos to watch on YT shorts, so the fact that they're getting more and more as the experiment continues- it just shows that they had a bias of selecting the ones they wanted to prove a point with.
And I also find it pretty funny that it isn't just Andrew Tate and his brother who are banned, it's him entirely even if it's a proxy person uploading clips which have him in it. Absolutely mental
Yet, I wonder why they'll never do this with a 13 year old girl. Maybe girls transing themselves from YT propaganda isn't good news yet?
Media organisations are activist organisations. This report is aimed at parents to scare them into believing that young boys (and men) are being radicalised.
They won't stop with Tate. They legitimately believe that Tate is the leader of the involuntary celibates and that there is a pipeline that goes from Tate on mainstream platforms to pick-up artistry to involuntary celibacy and bachelorhood advocacy via non-mainstream websites.
Right? Just like there are always scare pieces about the the ALT-RIGHT or WHITE SUPREMACISTS or NATZEEEZ who spend all day every day recruiting kids in online games. How come they never go after the other end of the spectrum that really is out there targeting kids with bullshit propaganda? Why are so-called journalists and other hacks in the media so obsessed with anyone or anything that could expose them for who they are or there agenda for what it is?
You know how I first about Tate 1 and Tate 2? People talking about them in YouTube videos talking about how controversial they were. I looked up Andrew Tate and even watched some videos. I'm not a kid anymore so maybe that was why I didn't get sucked down that rabbit hole, but despite that I didn't get further recommendations. Before I had already repeatedly heard about Tate I never once sought him out or anything thing like that and he never showed up in my feed. And that's what's funny. I sometimes even seek out counter-cultural "right-wing" stuff on YouTube. Yet it doesn't ever get randomly recommended to me. But what does is left wing shit like trannies that I literally never look for.
