Unpopular opinion : EA is over-hated. They used to be the wokest company, but now not even close. If they shutter DICE soon, it would be a big step in the right direction. If they closed down DICE and fired everyone, I might even retract my boycott against them.
I never liked CDPR. I actually got a used copy of Cyberpunk 2077 out of morbid curiosity, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet.

The question is, who will get to buy their IP when they inevitably fail? Microsoft, EA or Ubisoft?
I can see Microsoft buying the Cyberpunk licence and churning out a new game every console generation.

They're a glorified private equity company like KKR, rather than a game company.
