What do you get from making fun of some random reddit person?
The left has always reveled in mean-spirited mocking of people they hate and now some people here who are on the right do the same.
I am not saying to enable this individual at all.
My point is that the path I see some people going on here is a path that only leads to misery and self-destruction.
When you constantly focus on your hatred for the left, you eventually become willing to forgo any morals you had for the sake of destroying them completely.
You cannot live a happy life living like this. You will suck the joy out of your own life.
This is how the left behaves. You cannot win against the left by becoming just like them. They have institutional support unlike the right.
Yes, that is because this place is full of out there people. Definitely not all, but at least a substantial minority.
I see your point, but do you think Alexander, Julius Caesar, Napoleon, anyone who did anything, was happy? I don't think so. Of course, the response is that just because they were not happy, does not mean that by being unhappy, you will become them. But my point is that happiness is definitely not the only consideration.
Conservatives have spent the past few decades being 'happy' instead of doing anything, conserving anything. That is why things got so much worse. If they had sacrificed 1/100 of their happiness, we would not be here.
Correct, simple copying is a recipe for disaster, as the people on January 6 found out (even though they did not even commit arson, murder, looting and mayhem).
