Their internalized whatever about their hair they think means they get to tell us what to do. Literally, you ask why black students should get some rights over others. They say it's because their hair is different. You say well chop it off. They say it's a magic part of their blackness.

They are super sensitive about their hair because no one likes it. But we're the ones that are supposed to internalize and do something with that.
