Yes, but unfortunately I can't trust any foreigners to do it right; the dude's French, I think he's got some problems to work out in his own country before any foreign liberation.
Even if they had the will and forces to "liberate" America, only a few countries actually are in anything close to a cultural position to even bother. What, like Hungary, and some of South America, some of Eastern Europe? Fact is, change has to come from within. America has to save itself, and France has to save itself.
