In any other context she would have committed honorable harakiri to offset her miserable failures, but in this context we're supposed to feel sorry for her. I don't understand why. It's one thing to say "I've cost this company lots of money, I'm so sorry," and another thing to have potentially ruined all those kids' lives by failing them so early in their 'educations,' whatever form that may be these days.
