Where did DeSantis defend Trump?

I know he said it was politically motivated clownery, but he also said it doesn't concern him or Florida. Lukewarm at best, I was hoping for a much more based take, and it would have been good optics too.

Dude he went hard against the prosecutor and hit all the big right wing talking points to defend Trump, what more do you want?

Considering he is going to be running against Trump and Trump has been and is attacking him, that was extraordinarily based and pro-Trump, if you expect more, that's being ridiculous. Hold Trump to those standards.
