Then again, the current Supreme Court is, at least by very modern standards, extremely based on some things. Even though it's just mostly more virtue signaling and victimhood, the fact that libs are now worried about gay marriage going away, or even interracial marriage and contraception, show things could be changing. For the record, my point isn't taking a stance on any of those, just that they used to be considered set in stone. Same for abortion. No one thought Roe v Wade would get wrecked.
