That doesn't even make any fucking sense. The new people will starve to death too.

You know what does make sense? The idea that this could be used to push estrogenic "plant-based" substitutes for meat which will conveniently be exempt from these rules.

They'll be rich AF. Less people wont suddenly make that wealth evaporate, if anytihng they'll get MORE rich because they'll now have all this extra real estate.
