The problem comes down to idealism vs. adaptation to current reality.

Ideally, women should not ever be a part of the military but ideally, we don't live in a gynocratic hellhole either. Since we do live in a gynocratic hellhole we should actually only have women in the military entirely and men shouldn't be allowed in the military. Since that's not going to happen, advocating for "equality" by pushing for men and women in the military is the best outcome we're going to get in this gynocratic hellhole.

Put trans, fat, women, LGBTQ in the military. Put them all in. Stop being a bigot!
