Germany has some of the strictest gun laws in Europe, including a clause that anyone aged under 25 must pass a psychological evaluation before getting a gun license.
Doesn't make a difference when you can just drive there from any Schengen country whilst crossing several borders and never show your passport once.
Czech Republic has shall issue concealed carry for ALL EU CITZENS, it shall be issued within 30 days of license request. A license lasts for 10 years before it has to be renewed.
So you could just go and rent an apartment there for a couple of months and take your piss easy theory test and show that you know how to field strip your gun and that you know safe handling.
