Don't expect there to be any rational metrics here. I'm not skimming the textbook to find out what they did, but the whole point of the Compass is to find out where you stand on the map by answering a series of questions. The same series of questions has to be applied to everyone on the chart, and you can't rate somebody else. (because just knowing one is being tested or understanding a bias in the question list would have affected their answers)
