This means not just giving women the same opportunities but exactly what they need to succeed.

They still don't have the balls (pun intended) to say equality of outcome. They dance around it.

Isn't being given the same opportunities to succeed what they need to succeed? At least in theory? Unless they're saying women just aren't as good as men?

They should just say they want equal outcomes, instead of going right up to the line and hinting at it.
