If you have a valid point or can expose corruption, hypocrisy, etc it can be perfectly fine.
But if you were a leftist Democrat 2 yrs ago and are leaving an explicitly right-wing company, instead of acting like they need to change maybe just admit you weren't a good fit? Especially when DW has had some tremendous victories in the debate you claim to care so much about.
If you have to say anything (and you really don't have to give specifics), just say you're thankful they gave someone with different views a chance but it wasn't a great fit and you're moving on.

I’m leaving The Daily Wire. I work hard getting the facts right and using precise language because of the heated nature of the gender debate, with so much at stake, while their pundits dump gasoline all over it for entertainment and clicks. As an independent journalist I will continue my commitment to factual and rigorous reporting on gender ideology and pediatric gender medicine, with the goal of reaching people across the political spectrum. As a company, The Daily Wire is a fantastic place to work, they treat their employees extremely well, their editorial team is top notch and everyone I have ever interacted with there is wonderful. I am leaving because I want to reach people on the center-left and lately I’ve felt there has been a distinct increase in inflammatory rhetoric from some of The Daily Wire’s personalities thatbecause of the heated nature of the gender debate working for a company with their reputation on the left make it more difficult to accomplish that.
Anyone who has to explain why they are quitting publicly is already acting like a cunt.
Publicly burning bridges on your way out won't convince anyone hun.
