It's bullshit they don't follow anyway. If sex was biological, then they wouldn't care about being designated as male or female since by all accounts, they are biologically male or female regardless of what pronoun they demand they be referred to. But the fact that they demand anything in the first place and throw shit-kicking fits whenever the "wrong" pronoun is used, encourage the use of raising children gender-neutral so they can find themselves (and refer to them as "theys"), insist all their bullshit is as scientific as biology anyway, and still force themselves into facilities and events that are meant for people with certain sexual traits (like restrooms and sports) shows that's just an excuse to make their demands seem valid and based on reason when it's clear they absolutely aren't.

Making gender and sex two different things when everyone knows they were more or less the same thing is just assaulting the language to change the populace's thinking to be more in line with the Party's needs. And all their pronouns are just their version of royal titles the worthless peasants must refer to them as.
