Left excuses bullies

weaker kids chastised for racism when they complain

weak kids learn to be silent and isolated for their own protection

weaker kids resent their isolation, unmitigated rage festers, revenge is plotted

faculty Pikachu faces when weaker kid show up with the tools to take revenge on the bullies

So many bad incidents could be avoided if the faculty sacked up and actually sent kids to juvie for beating up the weak.

A lot of the people causing these problems are too stupid to actually learn anything. They shouldn't be allowed out into society once they've proven themselves to be useless.
