They can't just say "we hate you and are doing our best to destroy your nation" so everything will always be "le super silly liberal logic". In reality it is bold-faced lying done with intent to harm. You are supposed to complain about their excuse because that complaint exists within a framework of their authority over you and maybe even the assumption of their neutrality toward your race.
