ThatsAlright is correct about this.

Neo-Cons aren't going to "seethe" about having strategic objectives. It's an unfortunate requirement, but one they can deal with if it actually comes to pass. "Facts evolve" as one guy on TMZ said about the Covid-19 injections.

There were some Democrats who actually offered an amendment to check and make sure weapons weren't being sent to Nazis, and it failed. In the Democratic House, because so many Republicans supported it.

The only person who is going to seethe is John Bolton because we didn't bomb Tehran today, but he does that every day already.
