It seems coles actually is the name. Not sure what that stripe is meant to hide.

I assumed Wal-Mart. Looking it up, apparently they own Coles, so that makes sense. It looks 100% identical to the Wal-Mart near me, down to the anti-theft gate and the wavy BAKING sign.
