Yep it's an attempt to go 'remember what he did, it's why you shouldn't watch the second season!'
If it's like the first season, it'll be funny, informative, have huge praise for farmers who aren't praised enough for providing food and shitting on the government for their mismanagement. So everything the left DON'T want to hear as Gates is still stealing farmland..
