So, now you've admitted a constitutional amendment is possible, why hasn't DeSantis put one to vote, considering it's the FL constitution not the US constitution that he claims is the reason why?

Can a governor in Florida unilaterally propose a constitutional amendment?
Can he not have objections against retroactively overturning a contract?

It's the Florida constitution that the idea supposedly violated, so I'd guess he can do that.

No? Overturning a bad contract is good for everyone. Imagine if Verizon or Comcast engaged in the same exploitative tactics women do. Why is it only okay when they do it?
