SubscribeStar is two closely connected but legally separate donation sites that have less restrictions than patreon, however they are not free speech absolutists as they ban people who are neo-nazi's/white supremacists, despite the fact that regressive leftists have proven themselves time and time against to be a more serious terrorist threat.
Becuase of this, SubscribeStar should seriously consider either allowing ANYONE use their services unless something extreme happens, or they should ban known regressive leftists from the site along with anyone else who promotes racism towards whites and/or sexism towards men. Not doing this is hypocritical.
Regressives already have Patreon. They don't have to go to SS.
They go to SubscribeStar because they want to do something that is banned on Patreon, banned materials include:
Pornographic photography and video that is more than a mere nude pinup
Lolisho, with said ban also being infamous for being enforced nippohobicly as several artists got banned because some braindead mod called an adult character a loli.
Feral porn, with said ban also extending to human on anthro for some retarded reason with there also being a similar enforcement issue to the lolisho ban where anthros with too much feral features can get you banned. Slugbox is a known victim of the latter abnormal moderation issue.
Pornographic artwork depicting rape and/or incest.

Some of us use SubscribeStar simply because we don't like Patreon's canceling of creators because they disagree with their politics. We also want to support any and all alt-tech alternatives. I can imagine there are some honest people on the left who agree.
