No, Youtube is censoring O'Keefe's summary of what the Pfizer guy said. If you read the rest of the memo, other Youtuber's can use clips from the source video, including the gay guy's own comments. But nobody is allowed to share any part of O'Keefe's summary.

Not that this makes the censorship ok. But its standard pilpul sophistry to attack O'Keefe so that they can say they technically aren't censoring the exposé itself. (Plus it reinforces their hate boner for O'Keefe.)
