This wouldn't be an issue if all these 'cultures' assimilated into British/English culture and nationality
The Indians and a lot of the Caribbeans managed to do this with little issue (in fact the British welcomed them as they finally got food with flavour too lol) but the problems came when it was Africans and Middle Easterners arriving, carving out their own enclaves and holding onto past grudges and mentalities. They should have been rejected from staying.

AS intended. Bend the first world culture away from its strong independent identity and turn it more towards what you'd get in a 3rd world demoralized country = win for globalization. Brexit was a huge blow to the plan as it showed Britain still had some backbone left. Looking towards the next 50yrs and beyond, they'll never allow something like that to happen again because all of the "Englishness" will have been bred out of it and replaced by Northern Africans and Middle Easterners. The entire population will be embroiled in too much perpetual conflict to stand up for itself ever again.
They do have this problem but looking at how they reacted to lockdowns in that they forced the government before a lot of western countries to stop by refusing to comply along with a lot of other active noncompliance against restrictions, there is enough of a backbone (at least in England) to MAYBE get on track.
But the big IF is to shut the door on the migrants, they do that and they'll be back on track within a decade or less.

The UK will not get back on track as long as a) there is an immigration free-for-all and b) there remains an utter lack of an ethnic identity and ethnic pride amongst the British.
That's why I put in the second paragraph, it's the big IF.
As even if they from now on ship EVERY migrant to Rwanda, it's still not a guarantee on recovery, but still the best move than anything they are currently doing
