I want to point out this is my third link post today. I'm actually kind of annoyed. Feel free to repost a link.
The CEO of ChatGPT says that if they don't control the narrative, it's "lights out for all of us". This was said by Yahoo News.
BBC has an article about why America has a mass shooting problem. They make sure not to mention the areas were notorious for gangland violence. The author is a Yousif, which is a Scottish name. Usually the given name is Gofak.
Politico says Florida being controlled by Fringe Dermatologists. They blame Florida's response to Covid on a right leaning doctor, and not the evidence based response that actually happened.
Good news, it's not as bad as it was last year, so Biden might win reelection. No mention on the fact that prices are going back up again.
What irritates me as well with the gun hysteria is that they never mention the numerous cases where lives are saved due to guns.
But then their policy would be wrong.
As armed as Americans are purported to be, I think the deterrent effect is pretty poor right now. Maybe criminals feel like they can pick unarmed people.
And when they happen on an armed person, it creates more shootings because the criminal is not expecting it and either shoots the victim or the victim shoots the criminal.
The best is not just when ownership is high but when everyone knows it.
