This is the moment she was hit (on a livestream): https://twitter.com/Seveerity/status/1616793324589060096 She didn't carry weapons, and wasn't any "sniper" or anything like that. Just streaming and selfies. With manicured long nails.
But I guess she already had her own tampons that the Russian conscripts are being told to borrow tampons from their women and use to stick into their wounds, because there are no actual medicaments.
Also interesting that she was evacuated by being carried on a door. No, really, on a house door, no stretches or anything. Of course no vehicles too, for that.
Kinda reminded me of how when the former Russian deputy prime minister Rogozin was wounded at his stupid birthday party during his LARP in the war zone just before New Year. He had to be emergency flown to Moscow (once weather condition allowed it), because there are no real hospitals anywhere around to actually treat the wounds for mere serf-soldiers, or much less the prisoner-mercs.
Even as Prigozhin actually seems to care for the latter. When he personally visited a basement near Bakhmut and found it literally filled with corpses, he seemed genuily concerned. Also he's totally frank on his recruitment trips to prisons, telling the convicts it's going to be even worse than Stalingrad and "not as easy as Chechnya". Incredibly ironic as Russians thought they had hard in Chechnya, where practically only they had heavy weapons. They thought Chechnya was "Hell" ("Ad" in Russian, which this documentary just can't stop repeating: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/xbjh8p).
He also tells them that if they sign up but then decide want to go back to prisons, they will be executed. So it's not like if they fall into a recruitment trap, or are pressed in some way, they sign up for just what they get. And he's famously a former convict himself.
Really tells a lot how hard the prisons are in Russia that tens of thousands inmates decided to sign up for that.
Also he tells them there's going to be no sex allowed with neither women nor men (guys coming out from actual rape culture), and not "with flora and fauna", no rape/sex at all. No looting too.
And actually they're being kept disciplined from what I know, that is I never heard about them roaming around and doing any random shit at all.
There's a Russian TV show about a WWII penal unit made from prisoners. I've seen a random scene from it on TV and it's not good, by which I mean not realistic (they cross a river on rafts under heavy fire in daylight without support and succeed) and I'm now comparing everything to Band of Brothers / The Pacific as a standard and Generation Kill as an ideal. (For example, The Long Way Home = unrealistic garbage, plus stupid melodrama about women.)

Where's my 40 billion plus interest paypig?
We paid for the Borderlands' defense, now it's time to call in the bill.
Prigozhin has apparently seen "The Dirty Dozen."
His speech to the prisoners (that part is towards the end): https://youtube.com/watch?v=GlEnRRsdCTg
He also promises them a proper burial (with options), but doesn't say what happens to those maimed.
