It's literal Satanism with real fallen principalities involved, one's people are dangerously coming into contact with on psychedelics. The pagan gods were real fallen beings (Book of Enoch) and they are going to make themselves known once again.

Mythology is also important as it explains patterns and symbols of reality (what C.S. Lewis and Tolkien were trying to get across), while materialists just threw it all out which has destroyed the structure of humanity.

The early Christian church treasured the pagan mythologies (Christian scribes are who preserved them all), as it was what much of the Bible was in reference to, a response to the fallen gods, that Christ had come to overcome the disaster that many of them (and humans) had caused, bringing restoration to the entire Creation (as Christians will be resurrected to a new restored creation with no more sin or death, this world bad in it's Edenic state, those who continue to resist God, end up in hell with the fallen principalities, fallen spiritual intelligences, so likely a mental prison of their own making, CS Lewis is helpful on hell).

The modern materialist church is slowly gaining back it's original view from people like Dr. Michael Heiser (the Divine Council). EO guys like on the podcast "The Lord of Spirits" also get it, along with "Symbolic World" with Pageau on YT.
