Women are bad with impulse control. That's why they get fatter, or sluttier, or needier the more they get a taste of that particular vice in a downward spiral. So once you start telling them how great they are, they need more and more until its a never ending cycle of fluffing.

So things aimed at them are designed to either neg them (lowering the bar so the followup compliment can land better) or simply fluff them into addiction.
