So what? What do they think will happen--junkies in rehab will try to sell junk to schoolchildren in the playground? "Here, little girl, the first bag is free!"

This is the myth of the predatory junkie. It refuses to die. This is where addicts will get their daily methadone or suboxone and leave. If they offer in-patient rehab, addicts aren't allowed off campus until they're discharged. At worst, the kiddies will have to look at junkies waiting for the bus. Horrors!
