WFH lets parents be home with their families more. Many of my co-workers commented on how they could actually be in their kids lives when they first came on. It allowed them to do simple things like eat lunch with their kids during summer or when the kids have time off, as well as drive kids to and from school or after school activities.

So long as the managers are good about setting goals and making sure the team meets those goals, work from home is superior in almost every way for any desk job.
