She's uses towards her kids as well, to keep her kids emotionally attached to her so she's taken care of in old age.
These emotions are also used among women towards each other but that's a different subject.
They've replaced every elements that causes her to push beta emotions which turns women into sociopaths.

with social media she no longer uses beta emotions to for social bonds with friends
she continues to try to attach her kids to her strongly enough they won't leave - but they're no longer going to support her into old age so she's no longer incentivized to insist they be successful - so you end up with just the sabotage into being independent stuff, where she so thoroughly dominates them into dependence they cut off their genitals and disfigure themselves to ensure her children be be so disfigured and unnappealing to anyone else they'll be perpetual dependent toddlers who can never leave her.

But the incentives for women to play the blue pill fantasy for their own benefit get removed so they're no longer doing it except for sabotaging their own children into being to dependent to ever leave.
