In the past I've defended him as only being a grifter, based on the weakness of the attacks made against him. I'll still take a wait and see stance on this newest development - if he's released without charge after the 24 hours are up, I'll continue to believe he's just a grifter.

In my opinion, he's a grifter, but I don't see why the attacks on him are so over the top.
