You say that like I'd disagree. That said, their job is to protect the company. And this is a sure way to get the company in trouble.

I wouldn't waste so much money in legal fees to just get it thrown in front of a female judge and instantly defeated.

That's not how it works...

There were. I obviously wouldn't work at such a place anymore. It was before the pandemic, just after the latest female hires gave them a majority in the office. I had already started looking for work elsewhere.
