I'm fond of remixes of old video game tunes, especially official ones (there's something exciting about original composers making new arrangements after so many years). It's a shame some of them are nowhere to be found. For example, some arranged Mega Man albums, like Rockman X2/X3 25th Anniversary Band Album.
